What I love most about teaching is when I see the ‘light bulb’ go on for the student and the joy they feel when they do something well. Whether it is a cut or a manicure, it's a good moment for us both.

I feel that beauty school is a beautiful career path, because of the power to change the way a person feels about themselves."

"I chose to enter beauty school because my grandmother used to do hair and I was always cutting and perming people’s hair before I went to school.

I love helping people learn something that I enjoy doing. Teaching people what I know, how to be a hair stylist and making it look good.

I feel that beauty school is a beautiful career path because it makes people feel good about themselves. Especially when you’re down and out, having a bad day or need a little pick me up. Plus, the beauty industry will always be around through good and bad economies."
