 The Cosmetology and Spa Institute in Crystal Lake, Illinois was founded by Ned Halimi, a former professional hairstylist, salon owner and cosmetology school manager. Ned's extensive background in cosmetology includes many advanced training classes taken at prestigious academies around the world. His dynamic international experience is the foundation for the avant-garde cosmetology training offered at our school.
